If it is urgent, please mention so in the subject. I do have a day job so time off requires about a month in advance notice— however for urgent cases I am willing to rearrange my schedule. Emergency services come with an automatic fee of $150 in addition to my normal rate.

Home cleansing services vary case by case, and my rate is determined by travel expenses (if any) and amount of risk I am taking on. Energy can be sticky and services like this can potentially expose me to all kinds of things, especially when dealing with not so nice entities.
